Description
Leading JAD sessions for As-Is/To-Be business processes/use cases. Interviewing stakeholders to document requirements for existing and new applications. Working across all bureaus and units to understand mission-critical business processes.
Mandatory Qualifications
| 1 | 84 Months Experience eliciting then analyzing the stakeholder's business needs using a variety of business analysis techniques like map processes and converting those into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development. |
| 2 | 84 Months Experience in creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements, including context diagrams, use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, non-functional requirements specifications. |
| 3 | 60 Months Experience creating test plans and test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing. |
| 4 | 60 Months Experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, requirements traceability, baselines and requirements change control. |
| 5 | 60 Months Experience working with application architects and development teams to answer questions and resolve conflicting requirements. |
| 6 | 24 Months Experience with SalesForce – OmniStudio and Public Sector solutions. |
| 7 | Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator and or Developer. |
| 8 | 12 months Jira application and or SCRUM experience. |
| 9 | CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). |
