Business Analyst

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, drive operational efficiency, and support business optimization through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand business initiatives.
• Analyze operational data, KPIs, financial reports, and industry trends using Excel and Power BI.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and develop action plans.
• Document business processes, workflows, requirements, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations using tables, charts, and graphs.
• Manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of overall experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong experience in business process analysis, process improvement, modeling, and project management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Monday.com, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Knowledge of the natural gas industry.
• Work Requirement: Mandatory in-person office attendance in Atlanta, GA.
