Job Description
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 10–15 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, and process improvement. The candidate will analyze business performance, collaborate with stakeholders, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of effective business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and communicate with key business stakeholders.
- Analyze business data, KPIs, financial reports, and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement and optimization.
- Coordinate with multiple departments and cross-functional teams.
- Develop business process models and maintain project documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers to implement business solutions.
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements.
- 10–15 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience analyzing KPIs, financial reports, and operational metrics.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and process improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with data analytics tools.
- Excellent documentation and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant professional experience and equivalent qualifications may be considered, subject to client requirements.
