Summary:
The role supports Trade-In Operations by identifying business and operational problems, analyzing data and process performance, determining root causes, and translating findings into measurable process, system, customer-experience, and financial improvements. The position requires independent ownership of complex analytical initiatives and is broader than a traditional supply-chain execution role. The primary value is connecting operational data and business requirements to cross-functional decisions and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead business and operational analysis across Trade-In processes, identifying performance gaps, root causes, financial exposure, and improvement opportunities.
- Own the Grade Disparity initiative, analyzing gaps between chargebacks and final triaged grades and coordinating corrective actions across affected teams.
- Analyze chargeback flows and failures, identify process gaps, and develop or support enhancements that improve recovery and reduce financial loss.
- Perform forecasting analysis, SLA/SLC calculations, tracker maintenance, month-end gap analysis, and validation of operational performance data.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and data pulls to support pilots, customer-service contacts, B2B escalations, operational triage, and leadership decision-making.
- Monitor triage trends, quality, and consistency; identify defects and partner with operational teams to implement corrective actions that protect customer experience.
- Analyze fraud, theft, lost-in-transit, and shipment trends to identify patterns, quantify impact, and support business countermeasures.
- Partner with Engineering and business stakeholders on dashboards, platform enhancements, data visibility, and end-to-end Trade-In process improvements.
- Support and track business requirements for the CRN Visibility Dashboard and Trade-In engineering enhancements.
- Investigate complex Tier 2/3 customer and B2B disputes, determine appropriate resolution paths, and support refund or manual-completion decisions.
- Perform image/video quality audits and investigate warehouse triage defects to reduce disputes and financial loss.
- Monitor operational workflows including aged inventory, dock receipts, RTC activity, ASN issues, and backlogs; use findings to drive resolution with the 3PL partner.
- Manage and audit Trade-In data workflows, including S3 data-file accuracy and related operational data dependencies.
- Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency opportunities, including Fast Track optimization and other process-improvement initiatives.
- Prepare analysis, findings, status updates, and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Data Analytics.
- 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex operational data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience coordinating work across multiple business, technical, operational, and external-partner teams.
- Strong understanding of operational metrics, customer-impact measures, financial-loss drivers, and process controls.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and recurring analytical responsibilities in a high-volume operational environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings, risks, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Pay Transparency:The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $45.45 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
