Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Business Analyst for their Toronto, ON/Hybrid location.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of risk management within FI or healthcare (highly regulated environments)
- 5+ years of Business or Data Analyst experiences (Bachelors Degree) or 3+ years of Business/Data Analyst experience (Masters Degree)
- Understand concepts of Project Management and Agile mindset (documentations, road mapping etc.)
- Writing technical documentation skills
- Reading and writing code within Python and SQL
- Jira, Confluence, Clarity, SharePoint experience
- CoPilot experience
- Soft skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Well organized, strong time management
- Translating technical concepts into business acumen
- Nice-to-have
- Any AI, Data science or Cloud certifications
- Data Science background
