Business Analyst

Overview

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze business operations and functional processes and develop solutions that address business needs. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities for improvement, gather and document requirements, support system design and modifications, and help ensure technology solutions meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze departmental operations and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements.
• Develop functional designs and user stories.
• Collaborate on solution design and system modifications.
• Ensure solutions align with business needs and requirements.
• Support testing activities, including test cases and scripts.
• Support user acceptance testing.
• Develop user documentation, procedure manuals, and other supporting materials.
• Coordinate change initiatives and facilitate adoption of new processes and systems.
• Track benefits and outcomes.
• Maintain requirements traceability.
• Provide knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Five (5) years of related experience.
• Experience with requirements gathering, establishing goals, operating procedures, and workflows.
• Knowledge of workflow analysis and process improvement techniques.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
