Business Analyst

• End-to-end payment processing workflows
• Host-to-Host (H2H) and SWIFT channels
• Deep experience with legacy formats such as IDOC and EDIFACT
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 20022 and GFF, including mapping and migration work

Skillset:

1. Payments and File Format Expertise

• Deep understanding of payment processing workflows, especially H2H and SWIFT.
• Hands-on experience with legacy formats (IDOC, EDIFACT) as well as ISO 20022 and GFF
• Ability to interpret and translate complex file specifications and payment instructions.

2. Technical Analysis and Mapping

• Strong analytical skills for field-by-field mapping between client files and internal standard formats.
• Experience creating and maintaining detailed mapping requirement documents and data dictionaries.
• Familiarity with structured and hybrid address fields, and compliance requirements (e.g., CBPR+).

3. Stakeholder Management

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Technology, and Implementation/Migration teams.
• Experience gathering requirements from clients and translating them into actionable technical specifications.
