Business Analyst

4 Corner Resources is hiring a Business Analyst within the entertainment industry. This role partners with park F&B leaders to drive revenue, keep pricing and inventory accurate, and launch branded products for guests.

Food & Beverage Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with F&B leadership and operating teams, serving as a responsive partner on daily needs and new initiatives
• Collaborate with Culinary, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Technology teams to deliver projects on time
• Identify new revenue opportunities, including upselling, bundling, and seasonal promotions
• Research industry trends and guest preferences to recommend new products and promotions
• Evaluate product costs, pricing, margins, and sales performance
• Monitor inventory levels, sales trends, and replenishment needs to prevent shortages and excess stock
• Maintain accurate F&B pricing across POS systems, kiosks, mobile ordering, and digital menus
• Analyze sales and product performance, build reports and dashboards, and prepare regular updates for leadership

Business Analyst Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in business analytics, operations, hospitality, retail, or food and beverage
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Business Analyst Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multi-unit restaurant, theme park, or hospitality operations
• Familiarity with POS systems, pricing platforms, and inventory management
• Experience with new product launches, promotions, or revenue initiatives
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools

Business Analyst Details

• Hybrid 2-3 days onsite in Orlando, FL
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM
• Contract-to-hire
• Rate: $50/hr
