Summary:
As a Business Agility Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging with various stakeholders to guide and support organizational transformation initiatives. This role requires providing advisory services that foster business agility and drive technology innovation. The professional collaborates across departments to help clients adapt swiftly to changing market conditions, enabling them to stay ahead of competitors through continuous learning and improvement. The position demands a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for enhancing business processes and facilitating change management efforts within client organizations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to promote agile practices and mindset across the organization.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technology teams to ensure seamless delivery of transformation goals.
- Mentor junior team members to build capabilities and support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to SAP Successfactors.
- Experience in designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Successfactors integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and API management.
- Understanding of data security and compliance considerations in integration scenarios.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
