Job Description:

As a Burger King Team Member, you will be a vital part of our restaurant operations, responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Job Responsibilities

* Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
* Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
* Prepare food items according to Burger King's strict recipes and quality standards, including grilling, frying, and assembling burgers, fries, and other menu items.
* Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are consistently followed, including proper food handling, storage, and temperature control.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exterior of the restaurant.
* Restock inventory and supplies as needed, notifying management of low stock levels.
* Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cleaning equipment and preparing the restaurant for the next shift.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and employee conduct.

Job Qualifications

* Must be at least 16 years of age.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
* Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay:

$16+ per hour
