Job Description:

As a Burger King Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Job Responsibilities:
* Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.
* Prepare and serve food items according to Burger King's quality and safety standards.
* Operate cash registers, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide accurate change.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior of the restaurant.
* Stock inventory, rotate products, and assist with deliveries as needed.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.

Job Qualifications:
* Must be at least 16 years of age.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
* Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.
* A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
