Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels and consumption of plant raw materials.

• Track and control asphalt waste generated during plant operations.

• Prepare and execute production planning to meet operational targets.

• Promptly report any machine breakdowns to the Operations Head.

• Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Production Reports for the Decanting Plant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related course; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus.

• At least two (2) years of experience as a batching plant operator or in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.

• Familiarity with batching equipment operations and basic maintenance procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

• Willing to be assigned inBacolod City.

• Must be amenable towork Monday to Saturday.
