Pay Rate:

• $45/hr on CTC
• $40/hr on W2 (No benefits)

Job Description

We are looking for amid-level Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with Java Development experience for areplacement position. The candidate must beready to start immediately and comfortable working onsite 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Support and contribute toJava-based application development
• Assist with system enhancements, bug fixes, and production support
• Participate in requirement gathering, documentation, and testing
• Ensure timely delivery due to replacement nature of the role

Required Skills

• Experience as aBSA / Technical BSA
• Strong understanding ofJava application development
• Ability to work closely with developers and business users
• Experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Good communication and documentation skills

Additional Notes

• Mid-level candidates are acceptable
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Replacement role – readiness to start ASAP is mandatory
