| Role Summary Seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to analyze business processes, define requirements, and support effective system implementation and optimization. Key Responsibilities Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and use cases Work with technical teams to design, implement, and test solutions Support project planning, scope definition, and change management activities Create process flows, wireframes, and documentation for system enhancements Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies across business and technical teams Support data analysis and reporting requirements for decision-making Skills Required Requirements gathering and documentation Business process analysis Stakeholder management Functional specification writing Gap analysis SQL and data analysis basics Agile or Waterfall project experience Strong communication and presentation skills |
