We're building anetwork of qualified local inspectors in the Miami, FL area to support our aerospace clients and upcoming projects. The role could be up to6-month contract position with potential for extension,full-time, Monday through Friday.

While we don't have an immediate opening for this position, we're looking to connect with experienced professionals, create profiles in our system, and keep qualified candidates in mind for future assignments.

What You May Do:

Depending on future project needs, responsibilities may include:

• • Perform visual, physical, and dimensional inspections of machined parts and components.

  • Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections according to engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 requirements.

  • Verify critical features, inspection plans, and measurement methods.

  • Review Certificates of Conformance (CoCs) and inspection documentation.

  • Use precision measurement tools to verify dimensional accuracy.

  • Identify and document non-conformances and submit reports for customer review.

  • Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation within quality management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• GD&T certification or knowledge of ASME Y14.5.

• Experience with mechanical contract manufacturing or LEAN manufacturing.

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 2+ years as a Mechanical Inspector.

• High school diploma, GED, or technical education; an engineering degree is a plus.

Future Opportunity Details:

Location: Miami, FL and surrounding areas.

Work Environment: On-site at client or supplier facilities.

Potential Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Potential Contract Length: Up to 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Anticipated Pay Range: $30–$34 per hour, depending on project requirements and qualifications.
