We’re excited to add an AssociateTechnicalSupport Specialist to our Internal IT Team. In thisrole you will provide tiers I,II and III support for all levels in the organization.You’ll work closely with leadership to improve processes and make recommendations for the team to bettermaintain, upgrade,automate and manage the internal IT environment.Â

What You'll Do
Provide tier 1-2 support to end-usersÂ
Assist in creation of new user accountsÂ
Assist in theset-up of new equipment and devicesÂ
Contribute to documentation of incidents, internal processes and procedures, maintenance of equipment, and training manualsÂ
Diagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user issuesin a timely manner through established protocol and troubleshooting; escalate as necessaryÂ
Provide guidance and explain policies and procedures to end-usersÂ
Assist users in obtaining access to systemsÂ
Configure, prepare, and ship laptops and other equipment for new hires and remote users Â
Be available for on-call support for onsite IT issues as neededÂ
Assist in Corporate IT projects Â
What You'll Need
- Understanding of Microsoft Products including Office365 and Active DirectoryÂ
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, and Resource Groups Â
Ability to multitask and work without direct supervisionÂ
Passion and willingness to learn and usenew technologies Â
Readily adaptable to changeÂ
Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsÂ
Team and customer focused with a collaborative work style Â
Strong troubleshooting skills Â
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and alwaysmaintain professionalism and confidence Â
What Will Set You Apart
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field Â
Experience supporting or troubleshooting cloud-based environments within Azure, including identity, access, and basic infrastructure componentsÂ
Technical certifications such as A+ or Microsoft CertificationsÂ
