Key Responsibilities

Testing Strategy & Governance

• Define and maintain thedatabase testing strategy for OASIS (functional, regression, performance, security, resiliency).
• Establishtest standards, policies, entry/exit criteria, and approval gates for database change/release activities.
• Own thetest governance model (cadence, reporting, defect triage, quality sign-off) and ensure consistent adoption across accounts.

Test Planning & Execution Oversight

• Lead and coordinatetest planning for database initiatives (patching, upgrades, platform modernization, tooling changes).
• Ensure test coverage includesdata integrity, backup/restore validation, HA/DR failover validation, and operational readiness.
• Support delivery teams in definingtest scenarios, datasets, and environment needs to ensure repeatable execution.
