The Opportunity
DXC is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working approximately 15 hours per week across three days. This is a great opportunity for an experienced marketing professional looking for a flexible role that can work around other commitments, including school hours.
The Campaign Manager translates defined marketing strategy into action, coordinating and delivering impactful B2B marketing campaigns across Offerings, Partnerships and Industries. Working closely with Strategic Marketing Partners, you will take campaign briefs and bring them to life ā coordinating creative, digital, social, events, web and other specialist marketing teams to deliver campaigns that drive engagement, leads and business outcomes.
This is very much a hands-on campaign project management and coordination role. You don't need to be a specialist in every area of marketing, but you will need strong marketing knowledge, creativity, organisation and the ability to bring multiple teams and workstreams together to deliver.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, orchestrate, and execute end-to-end demand generation marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and Marketing and Communications leadership as well as business and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Drive measurable campaign ROI through lead generation, conversions, and revenue contribution.
- Use Data and Insights team to track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, attendance, engagement, database health) to optimize marketing efforts and demonstrate ROI.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, budgets and stakeholder communication.
- Test, learn, and continuously improve campaign approaches.
- Maintain campaign portfolios, dashboards, briefs, and performance reports.
- Partner with sales enablement to ensure generated leads move from marketing into sales successfully.

About You
We're looking for someone with strong marketing smarts who also loves getting things done. You will understand how B2B marketing works and be comfortable taking a strategic idea and turning it into a coordinated, multi-channel campaign.
- Experience in campaign management, marketing management or a similar role, ideally within technology or professional services.
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, budgets and multiple stakeholders.
- Creativity and commercial thinking, with the ability to develop ideas and translate them into engaging customer experiences across multiple channels
- Ability to lead through influence, motivating project teams and keeping people aligned without necessarily having direct authority.
- Proven portfolio of delivering successful campaigns, with an understanding of campaign performance, metrics and ROI.
- Strong working knowledge of modern marketing tools and platforms (automation, CRM, analytics).
- Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience communicating and presenting to various levels across the organization.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline is ideal.
