Project Coordinator
The Operations Project Coordinator serves as a key support partner to the Operations Program Manager, assisting with the coordination and execution of operational projects, strategic initiatives, workforce development programs, and daily GSOC operations. This role plays a critical part in the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of GSOC Specialists by coordinating training programs, maintaining SOPs and workflow documentation, supporting process standardization, and reinforcing operational best practices. Working closely with leadership and operational teams, the Operations Project Coordinator helps ensure projects remain on track, training programs stay current, and personnel are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to perform effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 global security operations environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, deliverables, timelines, stakeholder communications, and training initiatives to support operational objectives.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of GSOC Specialists by coordinating training schedules, materials, learning objectives, and system access requirements.Â
- Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training programs, learning pathways, job aids, SOPs, workflow documentation, operational playbooks, and process guides.
- Â Facilitate training sessions covering GSOC workflows, case management procedures, escalation protocols, reporting requirements, client communication standards, dispatch procedures, and operational systems.
- Â Monitor project milestones, training progress, risks, dependencies, and operational issues while maintaining accurate documentation, status reports, competency records, and action trackers.
- Support Operations leadership with presentations, executive summaries, operational assessments, project documentation, training materials, and risk reports.
- Assist leadership in identifying knowledge gaps, performance trends, and training opportunities to improve operational readiness and service delivery.
- Ensure training materials, workflows, and documentation remain current and reflect operational changes, technology enhancements, new processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Support cross-training initiatives to improve workforce flexibility, succession planning, operational resilience, and coverage across shifts and regions.
- Â Reinforce operational standards, accountability, quality expectations, and process compliance through ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support.
- Maintain training records, certifications, competency assessments, onboarding documentation, and workforce development metrics.
- Ensure operational initiatives and workforce development programs remain on track through proactive follow-up, coordination, and communication across departments.
- Facilitate meetings, document action items, communicate decisions, and ensure completion of assigned tasks and project deliverables.Â
Required and Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred. Either bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
- Must be a competent user of Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other similar tools.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Must be willing to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
