Delivery Lead

Are you passionate about helping software teams deliver great products faster, smarter, and more effectively?

We're looking for a Delivery Lead to drive delivery across multiple agile software development squads, ensuring teams deliver valuable outcomes predictably, sustainably, and transparently. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, Designers, and stakeholders to coordinate delivery, manage dependencies, remove obstacles, and continuously improve how work gets done.

This is more than a project management role. You'll be a key driver of team effectiveness, delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and the adoption of AI-powered ways of working.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead delivery across multiple agile squads.
• Drive planning, prioritisation, dependency management, and delivery execution.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve delivery predictability and outcomes.
• Manage risks, blockers, and stakeholder expectations proactively.
• Use data, metrics, and insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion automation, AI-assisted workflows, and innovative delivery practices.

What we're looking for:

• Experience leading delivery in agile software development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern product delivery practices.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience with Jira, Plandek, and delivery analytics tools.
• Passion for continuous improvement, automation, and AI-driven productivity.
