This is a 14-month maximum-term contract covering parental leave.

The impact you’ll have:Â
As a Finance Officer, you'll play an important role in supporting the financial administration of a portfolio of strata schemes, ensuring levy processes, banking activities, and arrears management are handled accurately and efficiently.

Working closely with owners, Strata Managers, Assistant Strata Managers, and the wider finance team, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while managing financial enquiries, payment arrangements, and recurring administration processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys process-driven work, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate outcomes.

What you’ll do:
Â
- Manage daily banking activities and levy administration across a portfolio of strata schemes.
- Respond to levy and account enquiries via phone and email, providing professional and timely support.
- Assist owners with payment arrangements and hardship plans while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
- Conduct monthly arrears processes, follow up overdue accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process levy generation runs, levy updates following AGMs, Section 184 Certificates, and other finance administration tasks.

What you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in administration, customer service, accounts administration, or a similar process-driven environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of data accurately.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence handling sensitive conversations professionally and respectfully.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while following established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
