What will the role be about?

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs on commercial vehicles, trucks and refrigerated vans.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment.
• Carry out repairs independently while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
• Troubleshoot vehicle issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests to verify repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with company safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the workshop team to maximize fleet availability and customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Heavy Vehicle / Commercial Vehicle Technician, with strong expertise in diagnostics, maintenance and repair.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Fluent English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and act as a technical reference within the workshop.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience with refrigerated vehicles would be an advantage.
