Job Summary


The Senior HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting frontline managers and enabling HR initiatives by managing core HR activities and employee relations responsibilities. This role focuses on delivering high-quality HR support across the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including local compliance, change management, coaching, workforce planning and process guidance. As a trusted partner to People Leaders, and in strong partnership with Talent Partners and Centers of Excellence, the role ensures consistent execution of workforce and people programs aligned with global standards and local requirements.


Your Responsibilities


  • Enable managers to execute HR cycle processes by coaching on enterprise-wide HR programs, policies, tools and annual people processes.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to People Leaders on performance management, employee development, feedback conversations and performance improvement plans.
  • Manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations as required and support managers with disciplinary actions while ensuring local compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate HRIS transactions and maintain data integrity to support compliance and business decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and ways of working, supporting adoption of HR technology and change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deploy programs locally and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Support local workforce planning activities including hiring, organizational changes, restructuring and reduction in force programs in partnership with Talent Partners.
  • Coordinate and execute core HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, employee communications, HR documentation, employee enquiries and local HR administration.
  • Review engagement, onboarding, offboarding and exit data to identify trends and improvement opportunities and support action planning.
  • Support employee engagement, culture and employee experience initiatives.
  • Support M&A, integration and other business transformation activities as required.

Your Experience and Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Min. 5+ years of experience in HR field including previous HR Generalist role within a mid-sized or global organization.
  • Strong experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, manager coaching and HR program deployment.
  • English on professional level, fluent in Czech
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to interpret workforce data and identify trends.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and HR technology solutions.
  • Proactive personality with continuous improvement mindset and experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with hiring expats is a big plus.
  • Prior experience with AI tools is a big plus.
  • Open to occasional business trips (10%).
