【職務概要 (Job Summary)】

Red Hat のコンサルティングサービスチームにおいて、企業のDXをリードし、サービスビジネスの成長を牽引するコンサルティングサービスマネージャーを募集します。

本ポジションでは、Red Hat製品を中核に、クラウドネイティブアーキテクチャ、アプリケーションモダナイゼーション、アジャイル、AIなどの先進テクノロジーを横断的に扱い、顧客の事業課題に対して具体的な変革アプローチを提案・推進します。顧客の成功を最優先に据えつつ、サービスビジネス機会の最大化を両立させることが最大のミッションです。

Project Manager と連携して主要顧客との信頼関係を構築・管理し、プロジェクトスコープの策定から進捗管理、契約遵守、期待値調整までを主導。同時に、営業チームと連携して新規ビジネスチャンスを特定し、収益拡大に向けたアカウント戦略を策定します。プリセールスのクオリフィケーションからクロージングまでを牽引し、リソースを最適に管理して売上・収益・マージン目標を達成していただきます。

さらに、10〜15名規模のコンサルタントチームのマネジメント（1 on 1、エスカレーション対応、パフォーマンス・能力開発、チーム調整）を担います。チームの能力開発ニーズを把握し、技術的基礎知識およびプロジェクト／スコープマネジメントの専門知識を活かして、組織全体のレベルアップを推進してください。

【主な職務内容 (Primary Job Responsibilities)】

■ ビジネス戦略とオポチュニティ創出（Business Strategy & Sales）

• 担当テリトリーの売上目標達成に向けたビジネス戦略の定義、およびオポチュニティ・パイプラインの継続的な管理

• アカウント営業チームと連携したアカウント戦略の策定（サービスエキスパートとしてビジネス機会を最大化し、Red Hat製品を含めたアカウント全体の成長を実現する戦略的視点）

• フィールドセールスチーム、アライアンス、パートナープログラムとの強固な社内連携を通じた担当テリトリーの成長促進

• マーケティングチームと連携した、担当アカウントに対するサービスオポチュニティプランやキャンペーンのリード

• テリトリー内における収益および売上の正確かつ一貫した予測（フォアキャスト）管理、および計画とのギャップ発生時におけるリカバリープランの迅速な策定・実行

■ 顧客価値の最大化とデリバリー統括（Delivery & Customer Success）

• Red Hat製品を中核とした、顧客課題に対し効果的でビジネスインパクトの大きいサービスソリューションの設計・導入

• コンサルティング・ソリューションのプリセールスおよびスコーピングの主導・支援

• プロジェクト状況・顧客満足度のモニタリングと、全プロジェクトの成功裏な完了に向けたデリバリー推進

■ 組織開発とピープルマネジメント（People Management & Team Growth）

• 10〜15名程度のコンサルタントチームのピープルマネジメント（コーチングや手厚いサポートを通じた高パフォーマンスチームの構築）

• 今後のビジネスニーズを見据えた、コンサルティングリソースの人員計画・育成計画の策定および実行

【必須スキル・経験 (Required Skills)】

• テクニカルコンサルティングまたはビジネスコンサルティングの知識・実務経験

• プロジェクトデリバリーの経験

• コンサルティングプリセールスの経験

• 複数の製品・技術を組み合わせ、顧客のビジネス価値を実現する複雑なソリューションを設計する能力

• アジャイル開発、アプリケーションモダナイゼーション、クラウドネイティブアーキテクチャ、AIなど先進技術への基本的理解と強い関心

• 顧客のシニアリーダー（役員クラス等）と強固な関係を築くエンゲージメントスキル

• 3年以上のピープルマネジメント経験およびスキル（目標設定、評価、育成等）

• アプリケーション開発およびクラウドソリューションに関する知識

• カンファレンスやミートアップ等での登壇・講演経験（または同等の優れたプレゼンテーション能力）

• 語学力：ネイティブレベルの日本語、およびビジネスレベルの英語力
