• Deliver high-quality classroom andclinicalinstruction to students and residents,incorporatinginnovative teaching methods andevidence-basedpractices. Provide mentorship and guidance to students and residents, while integrating relevant experiences to enhance thedidactic curriculum. Maintaina consistent record of positive contributions to the learning environment and studentdevelopment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Comprehensive knowledge of endodontic principles, techniques, and evidence -basedclinical practices.
• Strong instructionalskills,with theabilityto teach effectivelyin didactic, preclinical,andclinical settings.
• Demonstratedabilityto mentor and support the professional growth of students and residents.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizationalskills.
• Commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, andcollaborativelearning environment.

Education and Experience Required:

• Credentialsneededforthepositionincludea DDSorDMD

Licensure, Certification or Registration Required:

• Valid TN Dental License, or limited teaching license. CPR Certification
