Billing Analyst II

What you’ll do ​

• Manage daily billing operations, including updating and maintaining customer profiles.
• Create and distribute customer invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
• Process new customer setups, review contracts, and execute the invoicing cycle.
• Resolve disputes and discrepancies related to customer profiles, billing, and invoicing.

What experience do you need   

• High School Diploma.
• Advanced spoken and written English Level (B2 or C1)
• 1–2   years working in an Accounting environment.
• 1–2   years of university coursework (Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred), OR a technical degree in Accounting.
• 1–2  Excel in a fast-paced environment.
