The Payroll Analyst provides operational support for payroll processing across APAC, ensuring data accuracy, timely execution, and compliance with regional standards. This entry-level role is foundational to maintaining harmonized payroll workflows and offers growth into more complex payroll responsibilities. 

This position reports to a Payroll Manager and is part of the Corporate organization. Candidates that currently sit on-site or remotely will maintain their current location.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Input andmaintain employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and changes. Validate timekeeping records to ensure completeness and accuracy. 

• Assist with bi-weekly and monthly payroll runs across multiple countries. Help prepare off-cycle payments and payroll adjustments. 

• Respond to basic payroll inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed. Provide guidance on pay statements andbanking informationsetup. 

• Maintainaccurate payroll records and ensure proper documentation for complex pay groups. Support compliance with local tax and labor regulations in more complicatedjurisdictions. 

• Follow standardized payroll procedures and contribute to documentation efforts. Participate in testing and rollout of new payroll systems or updates. 

The essential requirements of the job include: 

• Associate degree or a minimum of3 years of related payroll experience 

• Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience foranAPAC country,  

• Understanding of payroll cycles,wage calculations, and payroll tax reporting requirements 

• Goodlevel of written and spoken English, any otherAPAC region language is a plus 

• Proven experience in processing high volume transactions while keeping focused on quality of delivery and accuracy  

It would be a plus if you alsopossessprevious experience in: 

• Familiarity with payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, SAP,or similar.  

• Strong attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping.  

• Clear and professional communication with employees and team members.  

• Willingness to learn and grow within a regional payroll environment.
