Paid Search Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for aPaid Search Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Google Ads who is eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment. You will work closely with the wider Performance team to deliver campaigns that drive measurable business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns acrossGoogle Ads, includingSearch, Performance Max, and Shopping.
• Conduct keyword research, build ad groups, write compelling ad copy, and implement audience targeting strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Paid Social, Feed Management, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated performance marketing solutions.
• Support campaign implementation, QA, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth execution.
• Stay up to date with Google Ads best practices, product updates, and industry trends.
   

Requirements

• 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably within a media or digital marketing agency.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads is essential (Search, Performance Max, and Shopping).
• Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and campaign performance measurement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
