For a temporary replacement, we are seeking an organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented professional to assist with day-to-day fleet administration and operational tasks. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our operations team, with a primary focus on monitoring and managing Total Loss vehicles and sales processes.

This is a position ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, manage tracking sheets efficiently, and collaborate smoothly with external partners and internal accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Total Loss Monitoring: Track and update the Total Loss (TL) monitoring file across every stage of the process to ensure full data accuracy.

• Partner & Documentation Management: Request and collect necessary documentation from our operational partners (e.g., Leasys, Kroschke, workshops) to prepare vehicles for sale.

• Auction & Remarketing: List and manage vehicles on auction via our partner platform (Auto1).

• Billing & Invoicing: Coordinate internally with the Accounting department to request invoice creation and send invoices to buyers promptly.

• Payment & Vehicle Handover: Track buyer payments to facilitate and clear the final handover of Total Loss vehicles.

• Claims Support: Request expert technical reports on behalf of the Claims team as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent inGerman (mandatory for daily operations and partner interaction). Fluent/Professional English.

• Key Skills: Strong autonomy, excellent organizational capabilities, and sharp attention to detail.

• Software Proficiency: Proficient inExcel / Google Sheets (comfortable working with tracking sheets, formulas, and updates).

• Onboarding Readiness: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced operational workflows.

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior knowledge or experience in theautomotive industry orfleet management.

• Annual gross salary package depending of your experience: +/- 35K€
