It is an international consulting and engineering group specializing inhuman-centered design, ergonomics, and human factors engineering, supporting leading industrial and aerospace companies in the development and transformation of complex systems.
As part of its continued expansion in Europe, the group is currently strengthening its consulting team in Germany.
Your Role
You will join an established team ofHuman Factors specialists working on rotorcraft cockpit design and certification.
In this role, you will contribute to the development and evolution of cockpit systems by ensuring thathuman factors principles are integrated throughout the engineering and design process.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and documentoperational concepts of helicopter cockpits from the perspective of flight crews
Ensure theintegration of Human Factors principles throughout the different phases of system development
Collaborate withmultidisciplinary teams including engineers, UX specialists, pilots, safety experts, and quality teams
Contribute to thedesign and optimization of cockpit Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI)
Organize and supportoperational evaluations and usability sessions with pilots to validate system usability and integration
Supportaircraft qualification and certification activities, ensuring compliance with aviation authority requirements
Your Profile
Masterβs degree inHuman Factors Engineering, Ergonomics, Cognitive Engineering, or a related field
Minimum3 years of professional experience, ideally including experience in an industrial or engineering environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability tounderstand complex technical systems quickly
Good communication and presentation skills, particularly in consulting or project environments
Ability to work effectively inmultidisciplinary and international teams
Proactive mindset with the ability to workindependently and take initiative
Languages
English (fluent) β required
German and/or French β considered an advantage
