Talent Acquisition Specialist - On-site, Cluj-Napoca

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and organized recruiter to conduct a full-cycle recruitment process for various roles and support in creating and implementing the company's hiring strategy.This is a full-time, on-site position, based in Cluj, Romania.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Source candidates via different job platforms and social media

• Screen resumes and keep the databases up to date

• Collaborate with hiring managers in developing job analysis and job descriptions

• Conduct interviews and maintain communication between the parties during the selection process

• Conduct exit interviews

• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Onboard new employees and facilitate their integration within the company

• Participate in recruiting events such as career fairs or job presentations in universities

• Identify future hiring needs and plan the recruitment and selection strategy for different roles together with relevant parties

• Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the team and higher management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in Recruitment

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field

• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Proven ability to conduct various types of interviews, both on-site and online

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing is required

• Advanced English language proficiency (C1 level)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills

• Sound decision-making skills, with a proactive, determined, and action-oriented approach

• High level of professionalism and a people-oriented approach in day-to-day activities
