TheStudent Assistantis responsible for providing hands-on support in Indirect Sourcing area of Radiometer at the core of Global Operations and Sourcing. As Student Assistant in Global Sourcing, you will get exposure to both operational and tactical work. The role plays a key part in enabling Radiometer Indirect Sourcing area setting up new suppliers in our systems, coordinating and participating in meetings with other Radiometer sites, be responsible for uploading and archiving new contracts, communicating with suppliers on procurement assessments. This position reports to the Associate Director and is part of the Global Strategic Procurement located in Denmark and will be an on-site role.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Send out RFI’s/RFQ’s in connection with Tenders and coordinate supplier meetings
• Supporting the Global Strategic Procurement organization with various tasks
• Set up meetings with other Radiometer sites and follow up on their savings projects

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Skilled in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Ability to manage recurring operational tasks reliably

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Supply Chain or procurement in a corporate setting
