Qualifications:
Experience Level
- 6–15 years of industry experience working as a BSS/BRM Migration Lead

Working knowledge of all BRM data migration componentsWell-versed with BRM 12 schema
- BRM-CMT data migration experience with strong SQL knowledge
- Strong understanding of data models and legacy data mapping
- Strong experience in data conversion techniques and handling encrypted data
- Hands-on experience with data loading and integration with Northbound/Southbound systems
- Ability to develop migration strategy and implementation plans
- Prior experience as a BRM developer with hands-on development (not support/operations) to validate data migration sanity
- Strong post-migration analysis experience (events, invoices, open items, bills, dunning)
- Ability to develop scripts to reconcile migrated data
- Strong experience in parallel bill runs and dry runs
- Ability to handle performance testing related to migration and optimize downtime
Mandatory Skills
- Ability to execute data migration and validation activities
- Ability to develop migration strategy documents and techniques
- Experience in executing post-migration data integrity testing
- Strong programming skills with Java technologies
- Experience with C/C++, Oracle 12c/19c, PL/SQL, PCM Java, BRM Web Services
- Experience with scripting languages (Perl/Python)
- Familiarity with migration tools such as CMT, etc.
- Ability to develop and drive cutover runbooks
- Ability to produce periodic migration reports with detailed data analysis
- Experience in creating reports using bursting queries and regular SQL queries
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
- Willingness to travel
Desirable Functional / Technical Skills
- Domain knowledge of prepaid and postpaid billing for Broadband/Wireless Voice/SMS/Data service providers
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Experience deploying Billing and Revenue Management on-premise and/or cloud infrastructure
- Customer-facing experience with the ability to conduct workshops using Oracle tools, technologies, and methodologies
- Experience working in Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or iterative delivery models
- Flexibility to work in a DevOps environment
- Strong communication skills to work with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
- Exposure to cloud tools, technologies, and frameworks
- Basic understanding of the telecom domain (BSS and/or OSS), especially billing modules
