About the Role 

As a Project Manager, you lead end-to-end delivery of standard implementations, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget. You manage planning, risks, and stakeholder communication while coordinating a small team of consultants. You act as the central point of accountability, driving project health, facilitating decisions, and ensuring adherence to delivery methodology and quality standards. 

What You'll Do 

• Lead end-to-end delivery of standard implementations, keeping projects on time, in scope, and on budget. 

• Run structured project cadences — status updates, risk reviews, and planning — and keep the plan current. 

• Coordinate a small team of consultants while acting as the central point of accountability for the project. 

• Anticipate and mitigate risks before they escalate, rather than just logging them. 

• Communicate project status clearly to different audiences, including trade-offs and impacts, not just updates.
  

Role Profile 

Required 

• Education / Degree Requirement:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 

• Years of Experience:1 to 2 years ofproject management experience in ERP, software implementation, or technology consulting environments. 

• Language Requirements:Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Portuguese language skills may be required depending on the location and business needs. 

Preferred 

• Certifications:
  NetSuite SuiteFoundation or PMP certification is required. CAPM, PRINCE2, PSM, CSM, SAFe, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and NetSuite ERP Consultant certifications are considered strong assets.
