AI Product Manager (Agentic Platform)

The Role

We're turning Scaleo from a tracking platform into agentic software for partner marketing - agents that monitor, decide and act on behalf of our customers. You own that on the product side.

Think agents that optimise offers, flag fraud, generate reports, surface the best partners, and suggest the next action to an affiliate manager. Plus the agentic layer that connects Scaleo to the tools our customers already use - MCP, tool use, natural-language access to data.

The first AI features ship this autumn with design partners. You take it from there. Core tracking has its own owner - you build the AI layer on top.

We set the direction. Every decision inside the AI track is yours. Success is how many customers use AI every week - not how many agents we ship.

Scaleo powers affiliate programs for iGaming operators and networks globally, with customers across Europe, the UK, the US, Asia and Australia. A lean team of ~40, heading towards an AI-native partnership platform - AI does the heavy lifting, humans focus on strategy and relationships.

What You'll Own

• The AI roadmap - AI Campaigns, Affiliate CRM with agents, MCP and natural-language interfaces. What gets built, and what doesn't
• AI quality - evals, output-quality metrics, guardrails, confidence signals, human-in-the-loop where agents touch money or partner relationships
• Architecture calls with engineering - model choice, retrieval, tool design, where plain logic beats a model
• Customers - weekly calls with design partners and clients; learn the affiliate and iGaming domain from them, fast
• Outcomes - adoption, retention and revenue impact of every AI feature

Who You Are

Must have - demonstrated, not promised

• Strong B2B SaaS PM - owned a product end-to-end, with results in adoption or revenue. You've made calls nobody handed you
• Shipped AI to real users - LLM features or agents in production. You can explain how you measured quality, where you put guardrails, and what broke
• Builds with it yourself - agents, tool use or MCP, with your own hands. Show us something you built in the last year
• Fluent spoken English - you'll run customer calls

Strong plus

• Affiliate, performance marketing or adtech
• iGaming — operator or network side
• Data and analytics products

Not a fit if

• Your AI experience is using ChatGPT or Claude for your own tasks
• You've never measured whether an AI output is good
• You've always worked from someone else's roadmap
