Residential Production Manager

Midtown Home Improvements is hiring a Residential Production Manager to oversee the successful completion of residential remodeling projects from scheduling through installation. Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process for Window, Siding, Deck, and Fencing projects.
• Schedule and coordinate installers, crews, and project timelines.
• Coordinate material orders and ensure materials are available when needed.
• Manage purchase orders, project paperwork, permits, and other production documentation.
• Review project measurements and scope to ensure accuracy before installation.
• Communicate with customers throughout the production process and provide exceptional face-to-face customer service.
• Conduct quality-control inspections to ensure projects meet company standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues, delays, and customer concerns.
• Work closely with sales, administration, installers, and leadership to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Track project progress and help the team meet production goals.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional production process.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of residential construction and home improvement.
• Experience with Window and Siding installations; knowledge of Decks and Fencing is preferred.
• Ability to accurately review and understand project measurements and scopes of work.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, installers, and internal teams.
• Leadership experience with the ability to hold teams and installers accountable to deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction, home improvement, production, or a related field.
• Previous leadership or management experience required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally between job sites as needed.
