Breast Imaging Supervisor

Summary:

• Modality: SONO - Breast

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the Breast Imaging team, including mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI guided biopsy services.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure regulatory compliance with MQSA and ACR standards.
• Oversee patient care navigation responsibilities.
• Assist in performing breast imaging studies if staffing warrants.
• Coordinate clinical workflows with radiologists, surgeons, and oncology teams.
• Maintain high-quality imaging standards and support technologist development.
• Ensure efficient navigation support for patients and foster a culture of excellence in patient care and safety.

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience - Minimum of 6 months.
• BLS-Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) - AHA - American Heart Association.
• RTR-RT Radiography - ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• RTM-RT Mammography - ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
