Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, execute, and optimize customer engagement campaigns using Braze.
Create and manage multi-channel campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messages, SMS, and Content Cards.
Configure customer journeys, segmentation, targeting, and personalization within Braze.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to implement campaign requirements.
Integrate Braze with external systems using APIs and support custom development using Core Java.
Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and ensure platform reliability.
Maintain campaign documentation and follow best practices for marketing automation.
Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance across customer communication workflows.
Required Skills
6–8 years of overall IT experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Braze Application (Campaign Management).
Expertise in campaign setup, customer segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization.
Experience with Email, Push, In-App Messaging, SMS, and other Braze communication channels.
Strong knowledge of Core Java.
Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Experience in campaign performance monitoring and optimization.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with marketing automation platforms and customer engagement solutions.
Knowledge of SQL and customer data platforms (CDPs).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
