Our client is seeking an experiencedBrand Marketing Producer to develop creative briefs and lead cross-functional production efforts for a Brand Direct Response program. This role bridges strategy and execution, managing creative development cycles from brief conception through stakeholder alignment and performance review.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
·Develop comprehensive creative briefs for Brand DR initiatives spanning live-action productions, animated and templated assets, creator-led content, and campaign adaptations
·Translate US Growth Marketing strategy and business objectives into clear, actionable creative direction and requirements
·Lead creative briefing sessions with internal teams and external creative partners; serve as the primary point of contact throughout development and delivery
·Review and provide constructive feedback on creative deliverables in partnership with Product Marketing and Creative Experience teams to ensure quality and brand consistency
·Support rapid creative review cycles and tight production timelines while maintaining quality standards
·Identify creative testing opportunities and develop hypotheses; incorporate performance insights and learnings into subsequent briefs and strategies
·Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, and Direct Response Marketing stakeholders to align on creative learning agendas and evolving best practices
·Proactively communicate creative risks, quality concerns, and production challenges to relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment and manage expectations
Requirements
·8–10 years of experience inbrand marketing,creative production, anddirect response marketing
·Proven expertise increative brief development, creative management, and performance creative optimization
·Strong background inmanagement consulting or strategic marketing with demonstrated stakeholder management skills
·Advanced proficiency inproject coordination and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced, matrixed environments
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear creative direction
·Demonstrated ability to provide actionable creative feedback while maintaining positive relationships with internal and external creative teams
·Experience managing multiple concurrent creative projects with tight timelines and competing priorities
