Branch Sales Consultant - Automotive

This is a full-time role as a Sales Consultant (Branch Sales) with below responsibilities:

• Reviewing the Customer Relationship Management System to follow up on their leads, track their client base, and attend to their needs/inquiries promptly

• Comply with the company sales procedures while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction

• Continuously learn to keep up to date with all product knowledge, to maintain competitiveness and excel within the team as well as communicate accurate selling points to customers

• Meet and exceed monthly sales target

Requirements:

• Expertise in Automotive sales or Banking sales is preferred for this position

• Ability to maintain a high level of Customer Satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

• Ability to establish regular communication channels with customers and sales teams

• Excellent customer service skills

• Exceptional verbal and written Communication skills

• Bachelor's degree
