Sun Loan Company is seeking a reliable and ambitiousBranch Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee branch operations, drive business performance, develop and lead team members, and build strong customer and community relationships. The Branch Manager is responsible for achieving branch goals, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining profitability, and creating a positive, high-performing culture. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent operational, financial, and customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
•    Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
•    Lead, coach, and develop Loan Specialists through effective training, mentoring, and performance management.
•    Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and teamwork.
•    Establish and monitor branch performance goals and drive profitability.
•    Review financial reports and identify opportunities to improve branch performance.
•    Approve, decline, or coordinate loan application decisions in accordance with company guidelines.
•    Assist Loan Specialists with loan processing and collection efforts as needed.
•    Professionally resolve challenging customer situations while maintaining positive relationships and encouraging repeat business.
•    Prepare taxes, where applicable, based on location requirements.
•    Develop branch growth strategies through networking, community involvement, and local business partnerships.
•    Collaborate with team members to achieve branch objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements
•    Previous management experience in the loan industry strongly preferred.
•    Alternatively, 2-3 years of management experience in a customer service, financial services, collections, or related industry.
•    Ability to travel locally for meetings and business needs (up to 5%).

Schedule Requirements
Branch Hours: Sun Loan branches operate during the following business hours:
•    Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
•    Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.
•    Saturday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm. (Rotational and based on business needs).
•    No Sundays!
•    Actual employee schedules may vary by branch location and business needs. Employees must be available to work their assigned schedule, which may include hours outside of the typical branch schedule, as well as occasional overtime.
