Branch Manager - Ho Branch

JOB SUMMARY

Provide leadership and oversight for branch operations, sales, and customer service. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage risk, and drive profitability while delivering superior customer experience..

 SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

Regular/Routine

·       Lead and manage branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.

·       Drive sales performance across deposits, loans, cards, and other retail products.

·       Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues promptly.

·       Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.

·       Manage operational, credit, and fraud risks within the branch.

·       Monitor branch financial performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.

·       Coach and develop branch staff to build a high-performing team.

·       Promote digital migration and self-service channels.

·       Maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community stakeholders.

·       Prepare and submit accurate reports on branch performance and compliance.

·       Lead cost optimization: lean processes, cash-in-transit efficiencies, and facilities management.

Minimum Education     - A good first degree in any discipline. Relevant Masters’ degree will be an advantage.

Formal Training         - A recognized professional certification will be an  added advantage.                                                

Minimum Experience   - 5 – 7+ years in retail banking with at least 3 years in leadership role.
