Booking Representative - Myrtle Beach, SC

$17.00 to $19.00 per hour plus commission

Sparta Networking is seeking Booking Representatives to assist customers who are interested in vacation packages and reservation options.

You'll spend most of your day speaking with customers by phone, answering questions, reviewing available choices, and helping them through the booking process. Training is provided, so previous travel or reservation experience is not required.

What You'll Handle

• Assist customers with vacation and reservation inquiries
• Review available packages, dates, pricing, and promotions
• Help customers understand their options
• Enter and confirm booking information
• Make updates to customer or reservation details
• Follow up with customers when additional information is needed
• Maintain accurate notes in the system
• Provide friendly and professional service throughout each conversation

This position also offers commission opportunities for team members who successfully help customers move forward with available options.

Choose a Schedule

Several schedules are currently available:

• Day Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Evening Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Four-Day Schedule: Saturday to Tuesday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Weekend Schedule, Part-Time: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

What Makes a Good Fit

You don't need previous booking experience. We're looking for people who enjoy speaking with customers and can learn a new process quickly.

You should be able to:

• Communicate clearly over the phone
• Listen to what customers are looking for
• Work on a computer while carrying on a conversation
• Stay organized and accurate
• Learn new software and processes
• Follow up when needed
• Maintain dependable attendance
• Work toward individual and team goals

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, front desk, reservations, retail, appointment setting, or other customer-facing positions can be helpful.
