About the Role
Help customers by phone choose vacation packages, complete bookings and update reservations. No travel background needed. We train you on the systems.
What You Will Do
- Talk with customers by phone and review their options
- Explain package details, pricing and promotions
- Complete new bookings and change existing ones
- Update and confirm customer records
Schedules
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Saturday to Tuesday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekend part-time: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
What We Are Looking For
Required
- At ease in conversation
- Comfortable using a computer while on the phone
- Organized and accurate
- Goal-driven
- At least 18 years old
Preferred - Not Required
- Booking, travel, front desk, call center or other customer-facing experience
