Body Shop Heavy Truck/Equipment Painter

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience in painting and repairing vehicle bodies. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces for painting, mixing and applying paint, and repairing dents and scratches on vehicle bodies. The Painter/Body Technician must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing surfaces for painting (including mixing and applying paint)
• Fiberglass repair
• Repair body surfaces including dent and scratch repair
• Finish work including polish and buffing
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Vocational School or other training preferred

Experience:

• Paint and/or body experience 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
