Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) β Full-Time
Location: Merrillville, Indiana
Job Type: Full-Time
Setting: Pediatric Outpatient / ABA Therapy
Salary: $80,000β$100,000 annually, depending on experience
We're looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing pediatric therapy team in Merrillville, Indiana. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful ABA services to children and families while working alongside a collaborative team of pediatric therapy professionals.
What You'll Do
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized plans of care.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Ensure behavior plans are implemented accurately and consistently.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary therapy professionals to support positive client outcomes.
- Provide caregiver education and training to help promote skill development and generalization.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical clinical documentation.
- Participate as an active member of a collaborative pediatric therapy team.
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Pediatric or outpatient ABA experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, assessment, and supervision skills.
- Experience supervising or mentoring RBTs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
