About the Role

What You’ll Do
Clinical Strategy & Assessment: You will lead the charge in identifying client needs through comprehensive behavioral assessments, translating those insights into actionable, evidence-based treatment plans.
Mentorship & Supervision: A core part of this role is guiding the next generation of therapists. You will oversee the implementation of ABA programs, providing hands-on training and performance management to ensure every session meets our high standards.
Family Partnership: You’ll bridge the gap between the clinic and the home. By facilitating parent training and regular meetings, you ensure that progress doesn't stop when the child leaves our doors.
Collaborative Care: You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals, ensuring a 360-degree approach to every case.
Documentation Excellence: You will manage the vital "behind-the-scenes" work—crafting comprehensive client goals and detailed reports that satisfy insurance requirements and keep families informed.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required (Master’s preferred for clinical depth).
Certification: You must hold a validBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
Licensure: Must be currently licensed (or eligible for immediate licensure) to practice in theState of Michigan.
Experience: At least1+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
Mindset: A strong grasp of current research and a willingness to adapt to new methodologies in behavioral science.
