Pay Range: $73 - $75/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and enhance applications on the BMC Helix platform.
  • Develop and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request), forms, workflows, business rules, and UI components.
  • Build workflows using Developer Studio / Innovation Studio / Digital Workplace, configuring approvals, notifications, escalations, and automation logic.
  • Develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs / SOAP / Web services, building connectors and data exchange processes.
  • Design and maintain CMDB data models and asset lifecycles, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices.
  • Develop dashboards and reports (Helix Dashboards, KPI tracking) and perform performance analysis and monitoring.
  • Enable application migration from the old platform to Innovation Studio, ensuring existing application functionality remains intact.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 10+ years of Helix development experience.
  • Strong expertise in BMC Helix ITSM / Innovation Suite / Remedy.
  • Experience with BMC Helix migrations.
  • Proficient in workflow development (Active Links, Filters, Escalations).
  • Skilled in APIs & integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Understanding of ITIL service management processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
