Amazon Account Specialist

Job Purpose  

The Amazon Account Manager (Remote work position) will be a key member of the team,seeking to work for a growing digital marketing agency. This role provides administrative, operational, and Seller Central support to help drive the growth of Black Compass Digital’s business and its clients. This role will be a partner to the stakeholders by providing quality,transparent and meaningfulreporting and analyses to support key business decisions. This is afull time job with the expectations of working 40 hours per week. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with Senior Marketing Analyst and Head of Strategy to execute on company KPIs
  
• Monitor and kick of hijackers / copycats on listings 
• Reporting to Brand Registry 
• Account Health monitoring 
• Troubleshooting problems on Seller Central 
• Listing management 
• Weekly and monthly reporting to provide trends and insights on our clients 
• Curated reporting for clients todemonstrate
  strong support and affirmative actions 
• Excel based reporting and analysis 
• Admin tasks 
• Ad hoc tasks, as necessary
