Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $19 - $22 per hour
Scheduled Hours:
- Saturdays: 2-7pm (required)
- Minimum of 2 shifts/week other than Saturdays 2-7pm (required)
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate birthday pool parties from start to finish
- Ensure a safe, fun, and organized party experience for swimmers and families
- Oversee pool safety and follow all lifeguarding and facility procedures
- Set up and break down party spaces, decorations, and supplies
- Communicate clearly with families and collaborate with deck and front desk staff
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong leadership, organization, communication skills
- Must becomfortable supervising children in and around the pool
- Experience working with children, events, recreation, or customer service preferred
- Reliable availability during required party times
- Paid training provided
- Lifeguard certification is required while employed
- Courses made available to you for immediate completion
- You are paid for training time
- Sales & Service Associate training is required
- Ongoing coaching and opportunities to grow within the team/train in other positions
